Birthday for Baby Lia

Many of you know that Nash has an imaginary friend, Baby Lia. She attends dance class and apparently today was her 4th birthday. So we made cupcakes to celebrate her big day! Nash insisted that chocolate is her favorite, therefore chocolate is what she must have.

My heart just melts when he talks about her.

Who are the Gerkes?

We are a fun loving couple that has been married 6 years in July. We love the Lord and believe that Jesus Christ is Lord and Savior. It's about the relationship not religion!

We love to have fun, entertain, play FROLF, camp, be outside and hang out with our friends. We added to our family in June 2011 with a baby boy, Nash Ryland Gerke and we love him to pieces (honestly, I can't remember what we did before him) I figured since I will now be a Utah mom I am expected to have a Blog, hence why Jar of Gerkes is making it's debut.
